I started my career in community association management in 2006 as a community manager at Community Management Associates (CMA) in Atlanta. Over the next 13 years, I rose from manager to Senior Vice President, helping grow the company from 300 properties to over 1,200 with offices in 5 states.

Along the way, I developed new revenue streams — including a lease tracking solution, a vendor management program, and a partnership with a local law firm for collections. I led the acquisition and integration of 5 smaller companies and their employees, restructured how we evaluated profitability, and built custom SQL-driven dashboards in Power BI to track pricing, retention, employee performance, and customer satisfaction.

I also provided direct leadership of CMA's IT and internal software support teams, rolled out a help desk, and served in an indirect leadership role over customer onboarding, professional development, and training.

Since 2022, I've been at CINC Systems — the leading SaaS-based association management platform. I started by onboarding strategic customers to the platform and now help build the core product, shaping the tools that CAM companies use every day.

Commetrx is where all of that experience comes together. I founded this consultancy to help CAM companies — whether startups or established operators — navigate the industry, design operations, choose the right technology, and grow with a customer-centric mindset.
